The TRA9000 is a versatile infrared flue gas analysis system that is also simple to operate. All measured flue gas components can be displayed simultaneously on the LCD screen. The instrument features a rich measurement unit capability, allowing simultaneous display of O2, CO, CO2, CH4, C3H8, CxHy, NO, NO2, N2O, NOx, SO2, H2S, H2, flue gas temperature, ambient temperature, differential pressure, flow velocity, etc.

Based on its internal software, the instrument can calculate: NOx, excess air coefficient, combustion efficiency, exhaust heat loss, flue gas dew point. It allows free setting of reference oxygen for converting ppm units to mg/m³ and calculates emission concentrations based on the set reference oxygen conversion.

Equipped with a powerful sampling pump, it operates normally even with a flue duct negative pressure of -20 kPa, with a maximum negative pressure resistance up to -67 kPa, suitable for testing in high negative pressure environments. A built-in flow sensor detects and displays the sampling flow rate, triggering an automatic alarm if it deviates from the set value.

The unit features an integrated structure, eliminating the need for a separate hand-held controller, making it easy to carry. The dehumidification condensation unit, analysis unit, and lithium battery unit are all integrated inside the main unit. The total weight of the unit is 8 kg.

Measurement results can be printed as standard values or averages. Measured data can be transmitted to a computer via an R232 interface. It features graphical data representation and can send files in CSV or PDF format to a PC via USB or the Internet.

Excellent Pre-treatment and Preheating System of the Flue Gas Analyzer

  • The sampling probe part incorporates a primary filter element with a filtration grade of ≤10μm.
  • A fine filter element is built into the front end of the main unit, with a filtration grade of ≤1μm.
  • An ultra-fine filter element is built inside the instrument, with a filtration grade of ≤0.1μm.
  • Built-in dual-stage Peltier cooler and peristaltic pump for water drainage. The operating temperature of the cooler is no higher than +4°C.
  • All filter elements are cleanable and reusable. A high-temperature resistant dust filter device is included to filter water and dust impurities.
  • The sampling line is suitable for monitoring high humidity and low sulfur conditions. Customers can choose either a 3-meter or 5-meter heated sampling line. The line is powered and temperature-controlled directly by the main unit. The temperature can be monitored, and high/low temperature alarms can be set directly on the instrument’s main unit. The sampling line heating temperature is adjustable from 120-180°C and can be constantly heated to 180°C.
  • Industrial-grade detachable heated handle, connects to the sampling line via a quick coupling. The handle features an internal spring-loaded chuck for a replaceable filter, facilitating maintenance. The sampling probe length is not less than 1500mm, with a built-in K-type thermocouple for flue gas temperature measurement. It comes with a built-in heater, temperature adjustable from 120-200°C, and can be equipped with a heat reflector plate and ceramic sampling probe.

  • Includes the main unit and the heated sampling and pre-treatment system. The instrument can simultaneously detect and display O2, CO, CO2, CH4, C3H8, CxHy, NO, NO2, N2O, NOx, SO2, H2S, H2, flue gas temperature, ambient temperature, differential pressure, sampling flow rate, flow velocity, sampling pump load, heated line temperature, cooler temperature, etc.
  • Continuous measurement and display of all flue gas concentrations, calculated values, flue gas temperature, ambient temperature, and flow rate, along with relevant calculation factors.
  • Integrated unit structure, no need for a separate hand-held controller, easy to carry. The dehumidification condensation unit, analysis unit, and battery are all integrated inside the main unit.
  • Infrared sensor preheating time is less than 25 minutes.
  • Built-in lithium-ion battery pack allows preheating of infrared sensors without external power, reducing waiting time for sensor warm-up at the test site. The lithium battery supports the main unit in standby operation for at least 2 hours.
  • The absorption of infrared light by the detected gases follows the Beer-Lambert law. The main unit of the analyzer internally consists of components such as the sample gas cell, Peltier cooler, lithium battery module, optical filter, suction pump, peristaltic pump, infrared detector, gas piping, and data processing module.

  • The instrument features an automatic zero calibration function upon startup; automatic zero calibration can be performed at user-set time intervals.
  • Built-in high-power constant flow gas sampling pump, suitable for high negative pressure flue environments. A built-in flow sensor detects and displays the sampling flow rate, automatically triggering an alarm if it is above or below the set value.   • The instrument uses a Linux operating system and a 7-inch high-resolution (800×480) TFT full-color display with backlight. It features large-screen graphical display, intuitive icons, and a Chinese operation interface. A single page can display no less than 12 measurement items.
  • Touch screen control for setting page content; displayed measurement items can be interchanged arbitrarily. Multiple selectable and interchangeable measurement units (including ppm, mg/m³, etc.). Measurement item units feature a magnification function.
