Das Verfahren mit chemischer Zelle verwendet das Prinzip elektrochemischer Redoxzellen zur Sauerstoffanalyse. Die Zelle besteht haupts\u00e4chlich aus einer Kathode, einer Anode und einem Elektrolyten, die gemeinsam in einem inert ausgef\u00fchrten Geh\u00e4use abgedichtet sind.<\/p>\n
Wenn Sauerstoff aus dem Probengas in die Zelle eintritt, nehmen die Sauerstoffmolek\u00fcle an der Kathode Elektronen auf. Die Anode besteht aus metallischem Blei, das Elektronen abgibt und oxidiert wird. Die von der Zelle erzeugten Elektronen werden \u00fcber einen Stromkreis geleitet, anschlie\u00dfend kompensiert, korrigiert und verst\u00e4rkt, um den Sauerstoffgehalt im Probengas zu bestimmen.<\/p>\n
