Der TPM105 Online-Spurenfeuchteanalysator misst die Feuchtigkeit im Gas mithilfe der Widerstands-Kapazit\u00e4ts-Methode. Der Sensor besteht aus Elektroden, einem feuchtigkeitsempfindlichen Material und einem Substrat.<\/p>\n
Die obere leitf\u00e4hige Elektrode erm\u00f6glicht das Eindringen von Wassermolek\u00fclen und sch\u00fctzt gleichzeitig die empfindliche Schicht vor Staub und \u00d6l. Das feuchtigkeitsempfindliche Material nimmt Wasserdampf auf, bis ein dynamisches Gleichgewicht erreicht wird. Seine elektrischen Parameter stehen in Zusammenhang mit dem Wasserdampfgehalt, und das System wandelt die Parameter\u00e4nderungen in Taupunktwerte um.<\/p>\n
