Principle of Analysis

The SAU8000 Oxygen Analyzer utilizes the coulometric oxygen measurement method, a commonly used high-precision technique for oxygen detection. By measuring the electric charge generated between the two poles of the sensor, extremely accurate oxygen content can be obtained.

The sensor is equipped with a specially engineered cathode material that can capture even trace amounts of oxygen molecules, giving the analyzer significantly higher measurement precision than similar products. After shutting off the gas source, the cathode can completely consume the oxygen inside the sensor. As a result, the analyzer features a built-in zero standard and is capable of calibrating the zero point of both itself and other oxygen-measuring devices.

Applications

The SAU8000 Oxygen Analyzer can easily achieve oxygen measurement at the PPM level and even accurately measure oxygen content at the PPB level.

It is mainly used for the on-line detection of gases in industrial and laboratory environments, and is also widely applied for the accurate sampling and detection of oxygen content in gases at key nodes of various production processes. In particular, it can be used for the verification and inspection of bottled oxygen standard gases.Additionally, it can be used to verify the accuracy of other trace oxygen analyzers.

Key Features

  • Integrated structure chassis, aesthetically pleasing and durable.

  • 5.0-inch color touch screen, enabling intelligent and convenient operation.

  • Pressure-stabilized and constant-current system, ensuring stable and reliable data.

  • Highly integrated gas circuit with a short air intake path, allowing fast and efficient measurement.

  • The galvanic cell features a unique sealed structure, which prevents electrolyte from volatilizing easily and ensures a long service life.

  • Based on the principle of coulometric oxygen measurement, a unique galvanic cell has been developed.
Combined with the specially formulated electrolyte, it enables complete reaction of oxygen, resulting in rapid response of test indicators and accurate test data.

  • The sensor and measuring gas circuit of the entire analyzer are connected with stainless steel ferrule fittings, which minimizes contamination and ensures fast testing speed.
