Product Features

The TRA880 is a versatile flue gas analyzer that is simple to operate, with an instrument protection rating of IP20. It is suitable for continuous monitoring of various combustion flue gas tests and emission tests. It can analyze and measure flue gas emissions from all types of fuels: liquid, solid, and gaseous. It can simultaneously measure O2, CO, CO2, CH4, NO, NO2, NOx, SO2,H2S, H2, flue gas temperature, ambient temperature, differential pressure, flow velocity, etc. It can calculate combustion efficiency, excess air coefficient, flue gas dew point, CO/CO2 ratio, mg/Nm³, NOx, reference oxygen ratio, exhaust heat loss.

Equipped with a powerful sampling pump, it operates normally even with a flue duct negative pressure of -20 kPa. The instrument has Bluetooth function, with a built-in powerful sampling pump featuring a suction capacity not less than -45 kPa, suitable for testing in high negative pressure environments.

The instrument is lightweight and portable, with a total weight of ≤5 kg (including the complete sampling system). It has a compact size for easy portability. A built-in rechargeable lithium battery provides a working time of not less than 15 hours when fully charged.

Excellent Pre-treatment and Preheating System of the Flue Gas Analyzer

  • Equipped with a multi-stage flue gas particulate filter unit, effectively filtering dust and particles.
  • The sampling probe part incorporates a primary filter element with a filtration grade of ≤10μm.
  • A fine filter element is built into the front end of the main unit, with a filtration grade of ≤1μm.
  • An ultra-fine filter element is built inside the instrument, with a filtration grade of ≤0.1μm.
  • All filter elements are cleanable and reusable.
  • Optimally designed cylindrical gas-water separator and threaded connection dust filter are built into the main unit, requiring no external connections. They can be removed for real-time observation of water content. The reusable Teflon filter can be replaced and cleaned at any time. Filtration efficiency ≥99.99%, temperature resistance ≥900°C.

  • Integrated unit structure. The sampling system connects directly to the analyzer main unit. The main unit directly measures and displays the measurement components, requiring no separate hand-held controller.
  • Full Chinese interface display menu, menu navigation software and function keys. The analyzer main unit display is a color TFT display with high brightness and measurement interface display magnification function. Measurement components and units (including ppm, mg/m³, etc.) can be switched directly on the operation interface. Reference oxygen values for different fuels can be set and adjusted.
  • The instrument automatically draws fresh air for zero calibration upon startup. Manual zero calibration can be performed during the testing process.
  • The instrument features a gas sampling channel seal leak detection function for real-time monitoring of instrument integrity. It can monitor the instrument’s condition at any time.
  • The back of the instrument features a magnetic backplate, allowing it to be attached to operating platform equipment during on-site monitoring.
  • A built-in flow sensor detects the sampling flow rate and automatically triggers an alarm if it is above or below the set value.
