Working Principle

The TPM105 trace moisture analyzer measures gas moisture via resistance-capacitance method. Its sensor is composed of electrodes, humidity-sensitive material, and substrate.

The top conductive electrode permits water molecules to pass and protects the sensitive layer against dust and oil. The moisture-sensitive material absorbs vapor to reach dynamic equilibrium. Its electrical parameters correlate with vapor content, and the system converts parameter variations into dew point readings.
